Built in 1816, the Vieux presbytère de Batiscan invites you to dive into the universe of priest Fréchette and his servant Adéline. They will tell you about how their life was in the presbytery during the 19^th century, and they like to enrich their story with colourful anecdotes. Each year, a new thematic exhibition is presented in the presbytery. Inside, an accurate restoration of the house was made to make it look the way it did back in the 19^th century. You can visit the presbytery by yourself or with a guide. This peaceful historic site also offers an interpretation site and a bird-watching site as well as a souvenir boutique.
