Built in 1758 by the Ursulines, the Moulin Saint-Louis is the only mill built during the French Regime in the Mauricie region that is still in use. Today's owner, a 70-year-old miller, perpetuates the ancients tradition by grinding wheat, buckwheat, rye and spelt flour. Visitors can see the miller grind the flour during a guided visit and can also learn about this ancient trade. At the boutique, visitors can buy flour, but also buckwheat husk pillows.
