The parc de l'île Saint-Quentin is accessible year round for a multitude of outdoor activities for the entire family. This recreational centre is located only steps away from the city and offers walking paths, fauna and flora observation activities, a 750-metre interpretation boardwalk, a beach, an outdoor pool and an outdoor children's pool, a children's playground, a challenge course, canoeing, rabaska, climbing and volley-ball. You can also swim in the Saint-Maurice River. A restaurant also offers meals for all tastes on site.
